I’m not a big summer fan, the heat usually ruins it for me and I’ve had enough of it by the time August rolls around. I’m usually glad summer is coming to an end and love it when September’s in sight. I’m currently working on updating the site theme so posting hasn’t happened as hoped as I get to grips with what I’m doing. I had basic code skills many moons ago, but I seem to have forgotten all that now I need to use it. I’ve had a little browse at other platforms that aren’t WordPress in the hope I’d find something I liked, but they lack the functionality that I would like so WordPress or Coding for dummies might be my September reading.
Writing is going well, It just takes much longer than I want. I’ve had a couple of scenes where I’ve re-written them three or four times and then I’ve decided not to even use the scene anyway. I’m still juggling a couple of projects as I seem to be incapable of just working on one thing at a time. I woke up about 2:30 am the other night with the fix to a story I’m not currently working on. So of course, I got up and was awake until after 4am making notes.
Yes this post is very short and really not SEO optimised…. This is because I shall soon (we shall see about that) be jumping ship and www.jonnyclark.com will no longer be my primary site. So lots going on in the background, can’t wait until I have something to show people.
Anyway short and sweet will have to do.
